Jeff Nestel-Patt is a communications and marketing professional with an extensive background in media and analyst relations.
His 15-plus years of experience with an array of technologies span the semiconductor, automation, manufacturing systems, energy
and IT/software industries. Moreover, Jeff's years as a corporate-side practitioner form the basis of his informed and
responsive approach to serving On-Message's clients as a senior advisor. Helping companies of all sizes penetrate
new markets, Jeff has devised, planned and executed thought-leadership programs for them on a global basis. He is especially
skilled at helping technology companies focus and articulate their strategic positioning. Jeff's corporate
marketing experience includes Applied Materials Inc., where he ran worldwide marketing programs for its manufacturing automation
services group. In that role, he directed marketing communications and PR activities for the company's semiconductor,
flat panel and thin-film solar software solutions business. He also led the global marketing function for Brooks
Software, a division of Brooks Automation, where he developed and ran a series of integrated branding, PR and promotional
programs to support the division's growth in new industries. Jeff was part of the senior leadership team responsible for
completing a successful $125 million sale of the division in April 2007. Previously, he held senior marketing
and communications positions with Danaher Motion, American Superconductor, PRI Automation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Jeff holds a BA degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin.
